don't work out as expected, and we've created this policy to explain when you may be eligible for a
refund.
Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please read it carefully to understand your rights
and our obligations.
1. General Policy & Platform Refunds
For most users, purchases are made through an app store platform like the Apple App Store or the
Google Play Store. These platforms act as the merchant of record and have their own robust refund
policies and processes.
As such, nearly all refund requests must be processed directly through the platform where you made the
purchase. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
While the final decision rests with the app store, here are our general guidelines on what we consider eligible for a refund. You can use these as a reference when submitting your request to Apple or Google.
- Subscriptions (e.g., Monthly/Annual Pro)
- Initial Subscription: If you are unhappy with your initial subscription for any reason, you may be eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Subscription Renewals: Automatic renewals are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Accidental Renewals: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you did not want, please request a refund from the app store within 48 hours of the charge.
- One-Time Purchases (e.g., Lifetime Premium, Feature Unlock)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund provided you request it within 30 days of the transaction date. - Technical Issues
If Sharp Tabs has a critical technical failure or bug that prevents you from using its core features, and we are unable to provide a working solution within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team first at [email protected] to report the issue.
3. What is Not Eligible for a Refund?
- In-App Consumables: Any consumable in-app purchases (e.g., credits, coins, tokens, gems) that have been used or consumed are non-refundable.
- Partial Subscription Periods: We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. You will retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
- Violation of Terms of Service: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you forfeit your right to any and all refunds.
- Purchases Made More Than 30 Days Ago: Except where required by law, one-time purchases made more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund (for Direct Purchases)
If you made a purchase directly from our website (not through an app store), please contact our
support team to request a refund.

- The email address associated with your Sharp Tabs account.
- The order number or a copy of your receipt.
- A brief reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Sharp Tabs reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will post the updated policy on this page and indicate the date of the latest revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
